REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
All sales are final.
Perceptve does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please make sure all sizing, item selections, shipping information, and order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Because our products may be made in limited quantities or processed specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns due to sizing issues, change of mind, incorrect item selection, or buyer’s remorse.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us at contact@perceptve.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or another resolution is appropriate. Perceptve reserves the right to deny claims that are submitted late, lack proof, or do not meet our damage/defect requirements.
SHIPPING PROVIDER
Perceptve is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, failed deliveries, or issues caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
If there is an issue with delivery, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a customer provides an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address, Perceptve is not responsible for the package being delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address.
If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or invalid address, the customer must contact us at contact@perceptve.com regarding their order. Additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
FINAL SALE NOTICE
By placing an order with Perceptve, you agree that all purchases are final and that refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted unless the issue is caused by a verified mistake on our end.
